Johan is an experienced finance professional with a strong academic foundation, holding a Bachelor of Business Science in Finance with Accounting and a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting from the University of Cape Town. He completed his articles at FirstRand Bank and gained extensive experience within RMB’s Corporate Finance team, specialising in mergers and acquisitions across the real estate and private equity sectors. His expertise includes valuations, financial modelling, due diligence, investment analysis, transaction execution, and strategic portfolio management.
